Eloisa Iori is a qualified legal expert with a cum laude degree in Comparative, European and International Legal Studies from the Faculty of Law at the University of Trento.
Throughout her academic journey, Eloisa has specialised in European law, international economic law and commercial law with a particular emphasis on the comparative analysis of legal systems. Her studies have equipped her with a nuanced understanding of the legal frameworks of different states. Her research into emerging technologies led to a thesis titled “AI in the Workplace: Regulating the Interplay Between the AI Act and the GDPR,” which provided her with advanced knowledge of recent EU regulations concerning Artificial Intelligence and data protection.
As the Mantinea Institute’s legal expert, Eloisa plays an essential role in ensuring that projects involving cultural heritage, digital transformation, and international collaborations meet EU and global legal standards. She provides her expertise in Italian, English, and German.
